Don't Worry

I always get the question, "So how are the dogs with Ryan?" Honestly, I don't think you have to worry about them...

Now we just have to hope our next baby is as big of an animal lover as Ryan. Yes, that's right we are expecting baby #2. I am 6 weeks along and due January 24th! Feeling good and ready for another BIG journey!

From June 5th- June 13th I was whisked away to Rome, GA to attend a national coaching course to obtain my National C coaching license. Now five years ago, I would have been able to put my life on hold for 9 days with not a worry in the world. However, life is a bit different then what it was 5 years ago. I, once again, had to rely ever so strongly on my amazing husband to keep the house running while I was gone; most importantly, take care of our little butter bean. Bill, of course, gave me yet another 100 reasons to nominate him for father of the year. He helped run the final days of tryouts, attended my soccer meetings, and took such great care of baby boo all by himself for 8 days. Not saying there was not the occasional babysitter, but he did need to keep his sanity too.
I mean what a feeling! I get to go play soccer for 5 hours a day while Bill doesn't miss a beat at home. I did enjoy my course and I learned a lot, but man oh man was I ever ready to get home. Bill told me to wait outside until he got the camera ready. It is not entirely clear, but I was balling like a baby when I got to see my sweet girl. This was the longest I had ever been away from her and it was not easy.
