Weigh In # 4

One month down.
Weight today- 136- did not lose and did not gain, but you know I am really trying to not focus on the numbers, just the way I feel
Beginning weight- 144
Current weight- 136
Total weight lost in a month- 8 pounds

I am still working hard. I just always get a little off track on the weekends. Hopefully, I will behave this weekend, since I am running the 10K. I think it will make me behave Friday night and then I will re coop Saturday and hopefully be too tired to eat on Sunday:).

I know I have been horrible about posting what I eat, but I promise I am still up keeping my end of the bargain. I am just keeping busy with planning for baby girl's birthday party. One year old, can you believe it?

I'm proud of you honey. that's great. It's best to lose it slow anyway. I'm sure I would be able to see the 8 lbs. Good luck this weekend. Your Mom said they were coming down this weekend. She said she couldn't wait to get her hand on that little girl of yours. Love U AK

It's fine Jenny, I really don't need to hear about your English Muffin, Turkey Sanwich, Baked Lays, 2 Turkey dogs, green beans, and a few 100 calorie packs here and there. It's really ok, I will still sleep tonight ;)

Good job with the weigh-in...you can do it!

Did I tell you that i ran a 5K and ran it in 23 minutes, not too bad.

Good luck in the 10K this weekend, wish I was there to run it with you.

I wish I could look HALF as great as you do! I am impressed every time I see a picture of you. Let me in on your secret. :) I exercise at least twice a week with aerobics and strength training and watch calories--barely making a difference. :(
