Ryan eating waffles & syrup this morning, we are loving this feeding herself stage!
Breakfast
- Diet Coke. Yep that's it. Since we had wonderful company willing to watch Ryan when she got up, I slept in, woke up, went running right away, and by the time I got back I was'nt really hungry, so I just waited from lunch- not the best diet habit because breakfast is SO important for diets, but hey, whatcha gonna do!
Lunch
- turkey sandwich w/ 97% fat free turkey, ww bread & 1 slice of ww cheese, baked tortilla chips w/ salsa & ww cake
Snack
100 pack of milano cookies (not the ideal snack, I know)
Dinner
- Beef & veggie soup (homemade) w/ 7 fat free crackers, & 3 sweet mini pickles
Dessert
TCBY- regular chocolate yogurt
Exercise
37 minute run
Apparently not for the right reason. Oh well, she's only 10 months, we'll cut her some slack!
