- Healthy choice pepperoni pizza & sugar free fat free pudding
Snack
- 94% fat free popcorn & diet coke
Dinner
- 2 turkey dogs, w/lite buns, & green beans
Dessert
- ww chocolate chip cookie dough
Exercise
- 1 hour on elliptical(445 calories burned) 250 abs, 100 calf raises, & 50 lunges
