Day 12

I love three day weekends. How nice to wake up to 60 degree weather with your wonderful husband beside you, and your fabulous daughter still sleeping at 8:30, what a good girl. Yesterday was an okay day. I knew that I was going to have a "unhealthy" dinner, so I was very careful with what I ate and how I exercised yesterday.
Breakfast
- WW English muffin with cheese& tomato
Lunch
- Veggie beef soup with 1/4 cup of white rice & 5 fat free crackers
Snack
- 100 calorie pack of pringles
Dinner
- 1/4 of a meatball calzone, 3 bread slices with cheese dip
Dessert
- 2 snickerdoodle cookies
Late night dessert (I'm talking 3 am cheat)
- 100 pack of milano cookies
Exercise
- 1 hour of elliptical - burned 433 calories
