I am so excited I cannot stand it! I weighed in this morning and I weighed 138. I lost 6 pounds this week! Man what a huge reinforcer of all of my hard work. I cannot wait to continue with this progress.
To try and help my weight loss and just eating a bit healthier, I am going to try to cut back on my sodium intake. I never realized how much sodium I take in a day. It will be tough, because this means eating fresher foods- which means planning out meals, which means trouble for Jenny. But hey, if I lost 6 pounds in a week, I guess I can take on this challenge as well! Thanks to everyone for your encouraging words, they help tremendously!

Keep asparagus in the frig...it's so easy to make and stays good for several days.
-Cut off ends
-Put in Pyrex
-Pour Olive Oil on top
-Bake 20-30 minutes
Congratulations honey, I'm proud of you. It is true that in order to lose weight and keep it off it takes work in the kitchen. Kim, asparagus sounds great, I'll have to try that. I love it but it makes your pee pee stink-let me rephrase that- it makes my pee pee stink
Jenny that is awesome!! I am one who would like to lose 6lbs in 1 day- instant gratification, and I think that is why I'm not motivated!! Maybe it will hit me soon... thanks for the suggestions!!
