Okay day, I am proud of myself. Weekends are always my time for "cheating" but I did really well today.
Breakfast
-WW English muffin with egg whites, ww cheese and tomato & water
Lunch
-Turkey sandwich, 100 calorie goldfish packet, ww cake & water
Snack
- 1 laughing cow cheese wedge, 5 tricuits
Snack
- fat free refried beans, baked lays (20) & diet coke
Dinner
- Healthy Choice pizza, diet coke, & ww ice cream
Weak Moment
- Bill made smores again, I just had one today, I feel as if that is a positive step.
Exercise
- 35 minutes on the ellipitical (if you think I am going running again in freezing weather you are out of your mind).
I do feel so much better since I have started this diet. I do feel like I have already dropped 4 pounds. I know this sounds drastic, but this is how my body works. I usually drop weight really fast at first, I mean really fast- then I hit point where my weight stays consistent and I have to REALLY work to get it down from there. I think that weight mark is going to be 138 for me. I am so excited to weigh on Wednesday morning.
